Today I have been cutting and folding a little of everything, some flowers, a house and some stuff just for decorations.

This weekend I have been on my favorite island with some sweet cute pals. It's like the feeling that I have visited several seasons and countries in the course of just a few days and nights :)

I have only cut and fold some letters today, so I let Tilly and Gul perform instead. A year ago, I was folding and cuting out the story of them and I knew nothing about where I would be and what I was doing about one year. And now I am here, a year older and I still cuting. It is strange in some way :)

When I was in Amsterdam a few weeks ago, I was in a very beautiful exhibition with book design. I can recommend it for those who are passing by. I was also inside one of the greatest shops I've been, so much nice and inspiring stuff. Sad I have no picture from there. You went into a room and in to another room and another and up on the staircase and the fine stuff never ceased to appear. I went and said "wow wohoa wow" enthusiastically for myself :) The Frozen Fountain is the name of thhe store anyway. Another Dutch store that only exists on the www is the nice webshop Nils & Olle.
They have begun to sell these posters and a couple more designs from the "Tilly & Gul" serie and some of my paper cuts. They sell Scandinavian interior and lifestyle products from young designers and small brands.

Yesterday I had my first paper cut workshop. It was at a kindergarten for 5-6 year olds, it was great fun and a bit tricky.
When I was at mom's studio and looked in her drawers, I found pictures I made when I was a kid. I did this painting in first grade when I for the first time became intrigued by an artist. I was swallowed up by Monet's pictures and his life, here, I myself have painted one of his motives in the "dut dut" technique as he used to do. Oh how I loved the magical mess that from distance became beautiful flower fields.
Hope you have a great weekend!

Oh, how long ago it was I blogged. I run around with my paper stuff in shoeboxes around in town, back and forth and cut and cut, and there between I'm sitting at my desk, and philosophies...
Today I got the magazine in the mailbox with the illustration I did for the magazine Shortcut to their contents a few weeks ago.
If you want to read an interview with me, you can do it on the web paper magazine Strictlypaper. There is so much fine stuff there, which you just have to see.
